Zephaniah Aleem Emmanuel
Zephaniah Aleem Emmanuel is a 13-year-old young facilitator and aspiring entrepreneur currently studying in 7th Standard at Saint Mark’s High School, Rawalpindi. Despite his young age, he carries an unusual curiosity for business, creativity, and leadership. Zephaniah believes that children should learn early how ideas can become real businesses that serve people and create opportunities.
His entrepreneurial journey began when he attended a summer entrepreneurship bootcamp organized by Institute of Business Administration Karachi at the age of eight during COVID days. That experience introduced him to the world of innovation, business thinking, and problem solving. Since then, Zephaniah has actively participated in several youth entrepreneurship trainings that have strengthened his interest in building businesses and encouraging other young minds to think creatively.
Today, Zephaniah serves as one of the Young Facilitators of Kids CEO Club, where he helps guide children between the ages of 8 and 15 through practical entrepreneurial learning experiences. During these sessions, he supports participants in understanding how to turn ideas into structured business concepts and present them confidently.
As part of the program, Zephaniah helps young participants learn and practice:
His role is not only to assist in teaching these concepts but also to inspire younger participants by showing that entrepreneurship is not limited by age. Through his enthusiasm, humor, and willingness to help others learn, Zephaniah encourages children to believe that their ideas matter and that they can begin building their dreams even while they are still in school.
Zephaniah dreams of becoming a successful entrepreneur in the future and hopes to create businesses that help other young people discover their potential. Through his involvement with Kids CEO Club, he is already taking his first steps toward that vision by mentoring and encouraging the next generation of young innovators.
